A flat Fee with Zero % listing commission could save you a lot of money. Remember, you will still need to pay buyers’ commission of a recommended rate of 2.4% for any of the flat fee or full service plans.

Level 1 (rate available upon request):
MLS listing is created in the Triangle Paragon System and can handle up to 25 photos provided by the seller. Pictures will need to be emailed.
The Triangle Paragon MLS system is for real estate professionals.
The listing will also be seen on other websites such as Realtor.com
Appointments to show your house will be set by the buyers agent through the Showing Time app/internet/phone.
Buyers’ offers will come to you directly and you will receive the due diligence money once all parties have signed a contract. Ernest money will be given to buyer’s choice attorney.
A professional will measure your home for square footage for the MLS Listing.

Level 1 service items
Yard Sign with Your Green Thumb Realty and a sign rider with my name & phone number on it.
Lockbox on your front door allowing access to your home by realtors in order to show it to prospective buyers.
Lockbox and yard sign will be delivered to you when the house is listed and will be picked up at no charge as long as you are in within 20 miles.
Add On Items:
A flyer can be created for you to leave in your home for visiting buyers as well as a flyer box next to the yard sign outside. This can be emailed to you for you to print and replenish as necessary. Price available upon request.
A photographer will take photos of your home. This service will be additional cost to you. Price available upon request.
Market Analysis: Will provide you with sales data in your area so the selling price can be determined. Price available upon request.
